Before you hire the team
Do I need a Claude or ChatGPT subscription?
The agents install in whichever one you already use, Claude or ChatGPT, and free plans work to start. The desk skills run in Claude Cowork specifically; everything else is dual-platform.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any month, from inside the billing portal on GoHighLevel and Stripe. There's no annual contract and no cancellation fee, and cancelling doesn't remove you from the free community.
Do I need GoHighLevel already?
Yes. The AI Loan Officer builds directly on top of the account you set up in the free community, so it assumes GoHighLevel is already running. If you haven't started that yet, the free side is the right place to begin, not this page.
Is the free side still free once I upgrade?
Yes. Upgrading doesn't turn the free community into a trial. Every blueprint, the training library, and the people running it stay free whether or not you ever upgrade.
