What the Services are

• A free community with GoHighLevel training built for loan officers, hosted on a third-party community platform. AutomatedLO administers the community; it does not replace or resell that platform.
• A library of free training with downloadable copy-paste campaign packs (message sequences and AI prompts), delivered by email after you submit a short form.
• An AI Leverage Audit, a self-assessment tool that produces a score used to route you to relevant follow-up content.
• The AI Loan Officer, a paid monthly training tier described on the /ai page. Billing and checkout for this tier run entirely on GoHighLevel Memberships and Stripe -- the Site itself never collects a card number, never stores billing details, and never processes a payment directly.

Eligibility

The Services are intended for licensed loan officers, mortgage professionals, and people evaluating a career in that field. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Your account and conduct in the community

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including your name, email address, and phone number.
• You agree not to use the community to spam, solicit, or misrepresent yourself to other members, and not to share blueprint content for resale or redistribution outside the community.
• AutomatedLO may remove content or restrict access for anyone who violates these Terms or the community's own posted rules.

The AI Loan Officer: billing and cancellation

The AI Loan Officer is a monthly subscription. The current price is shown on the /ai page at the time you subscribe; AutomatedLO will not charge a different amount than what was displayed at checkout without your agreement to the change going forward.

Because checkout, billing, and cancellation all run on GoHighLevel Memberships and Stripe, cancelling your subscription is handled through that billing portal, not through this Site. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and does not affect your access to the free community, which remains free regardless of whether you ever subscribe to the paid tier.

Intellectual property

The blueprints, audit content, training materials, and other content AutomatedLO makes available through the Services are licensed to you for your own personal or business use in your own loan-origination practice. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute this content as your own product or training material.

The AutomatedLO name, logo, and site design are the property of AutomatedLO and may not be used without permission.

Consent to be contacted

By submitting a form that includes a phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted by AutomatedLO by email and text, including by an automated system, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of purchasing anything from us; you may always ask to be contacted by another method instead.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party properties, including the community platform, jonathanferrell.com, a YouTube channel, and Cuantico AI's own site. AutomatedLO does not control those properties and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Disclaimers

The Services, including every blueprint, the audit, and the training content, are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AutomatedLO does not guarantee any specific business result, lead volume, or income from using any blueprint, workflow, or training. Your results depend on your own market, effort, and execution.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutomatedLO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. AutomatedLO's total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid AutomatedLO, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. AutomatedLO may suspend or terminate your access to the free community or the paid tier if you violate these Terms, without affecting any billing already processed through GoHighLevel and Stripe.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE TO BE CONFIRMED], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. This section is a placeholder pending confirmation from AutomatedLO's legal counsel and should not be treated as final before launch.
