Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly, and only what a given form on the Site actually asks for:

• Name, email address, and mobile phone number, submitted through the blueprint download forms, the AI Leverage Audit, and the community join form.
• The content of any answers you give inside the AI Leverage Audit, used to compute a score band.
• Standard technical information collected automatically by our hosting and analytics providers, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you visit on the Site.

How we use your information

• To deliver the specific thing you asked for: a blueprint by email, your audit result, or access to the free community.
• To follow up with you by email or text about the free community, the blueprints, and the paid AI Loan Officer tier, consistent with the consent you gave at the point you submitted a form.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site, including understanding which pages and content are actually useful to visitors.
• To route high-intent leads (for example, a high score on the AI Leverage Audit) toward a conversation about Cuantico AI's done-for-you service, when you have indicated interest in that path.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below.

• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector: every lead-capture form on the Site relays your name, email, phone number, and the form's interest tag to our GoHighLevel account, which is our customer relationship management (CRM) system. GoHighLevel stores your contact record, sends the automated emails and texts described above, and is where our team follows up with you directly. GoHighLevel acts as our data processor for this purpose.
• Vercel: the Site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard web server logs and, through Vercel Analytics, aggregated and anonymized page-view data. Vercel does not receive the contents of any form you submit.
• Google Analytics (GA4): if and when this integration is turned on for the Site, Google will process standard analytics data (pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, device type) under Google's own privacy terms. This integration is off by default and only activates once a Google Analytics property has been configured for the Site.
• We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, safety, or property of AutomatedLO or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy would continue to apply to your information under the new owner.

Text messages and calls (SMS/TCPA)

If you provide a phone number and check the consent box on a form, you are giving AutomatedLO express written consent to contact you by text message and, where noted, by phone, including through an automated system, at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive automated marketing texts is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop by emailing us at the address in the Contact section below.

Cookies and similar technology

The Site itself does not set tracking cookies. Our hosting and analytics providers (Vercel Analytics, and Google Analytics if and when it is enabled) may set their own cookies or use similar technology to measure traffic and usage, under their own privacy terms. We do not use the Site to run third-party advertising trackers.

Data retention

We keep your contact record in GoHighLevel for as long as you remain a community member or an active lead, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your record at any time; see Your choices below.

Your choices

• Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP to a message from us, or by emailing us.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send.
• Ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

The Site is directed at licensed loan officers and mortgage professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you provide, including transmitting form submissions over an encrypted connection and never exposing our CRM webhook address in any code that runs in your browser. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
