How it works

The whole build, explained.

The Loan Officer Prompt Pack is 15 prompts for Claude and ChatGPT, written for the actual job: explaining a loan estimate without the glaze-over, reviving a lead who went quiet six months ago, turning one closed deal into a post worth reading, prepping for a hard call before it costs you a deal. Each prompt comes with a one-line "when to use it" and a pro move, so you know which one to reach for and what separates a good result from a generic one.

Every prompt has brackets like [THIS], and the brackets are where the results live. Fill them with your real situation before you hit enter: real numbers, real context, and two or three examples of how you actually write. Vague in, vague out. The pack is built so the AI's draft comes back sounding like a loan officer who knows the file, not like a newsletter.

What changes day to day is the blank-page problem. The email you rewrote four times goes out in one pass. The rate-move reel gets scripted the same morning the news runs the story. The objection you keep fumbling gets practiced in the car, against an AI that pushes back like a real skeptical borrower. None of it replaces your judgment; all of it removes the staring.

The rules page matters more than any single prompt. Never paste a borrower's SSN, date of birth, or account numbers into any AI tool. Scrub names ("self-employed buyer, 11% down, 660 mid" gives the AI everything it needs). AI output is your first draft, not your final send, and anything rate- or advice-shaped goes through the same compliance filter your own writing does.

Questions loan officers actually ask

Does the AI just write generic loan officer content?

Not if you feed it a real input, and the prompts are built to demand one. Each one asks for your real numbers, your real situation, or a few examples of how you actually write, which is exactly what separates a draft that sounds like you from the interchangeable "5 tips for homebuyers" content AI has a reputation for.

Which AI do I need for these to work?

Claude or ChatGPT, in a free or paid plan, and any other capable assistant works the same way. Paste the whole prompt, brackets filled, as your first message. Nothing in the pack depends on a specific model or a paid feature.

Is this compliant if my compliance team reviews everything I send?

Yes, because the pack treats AI output as your first draft, never your final send. Anything rate- or advice-shaped goes through the same compliance filter your own writing does, and the rules page says exactly what never gets pasted into an AI tool in the first place: no SSNs, no account numbers, no borrower names.

Do I need to be technical to use these?

No. If you can copy, paste, and fill in a blank, you can use every prompt in the pack. There are no settings, no plugins, and nothing to install.
